Southernmost Furniture ships all over, either via FedEx Ground, Common Carrier, Freight Forwarders or sometimes on our own trucks. When Items are shipped common carrier they are shipped to the curb. Bringing it in the house will be your responsibility. For an additional fee the common carrier will bring the furniture in the house. This does not mean they uncrate or set anything up, you will still be responsible for that. We carefully inspect and pack our merchandise so it is up to you to inspect your shipment upon arrival for damages. If there are damages please refuse the shipment. If inspection is not made upon delivery there is no way to make a claim with the shipping company and Southernmost Furniture will not be responsible for any damages.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns and exchanges, plus the cost of shipping. Returns must be done within 1 week of receiving the merchandise, and must be in original packaging.
